What we collect
Two forms on this site collect information. The brief request form collects a first name and a work email. The private conversation form collects a full name, work email, optional LinkedIn profile, company, role, primary industry, written answers about your experience, an optional referral source, and an optional phone number.
We do not ask for net worth, accreditation status, intended commitment amounts, bank or tax information, contact lists, or confidential material — and you should not submit them.
Purpose limitation
Information is used only to deliver the brief you requested, to respond to you about it, and — where you submit a conversation request — to review that request. It is not used for any other purpose.
Optional educational updates require a separate, unchecked opt-in. Delivery of the material you requested is necessary to fulfil that request and is handled separately from marketing consent.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not upload personal information to advertising platforms.
- We do not make automated decisions about you. Every conversation request is reviewed by a person, and no score, ranking, or badge is produced.
- Our first-party analytics record page and interaction events only. Names, email addresses, form contents, and review status are never sent to analytics.
Retention
Submissions are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and for ordinary record-keeping. A specific retention schedule has not yet been configured for this site; when one is set, it will be published here.
Correction and deletion
You may request correction or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing contact@insurtechny.com. Please include the email address you used when submitting a form so the request can be matched to your record.
Email delivery
No email sending service is configured on this site today, so we do not claim to have emailed you anything. The Future of Insurtech briefing is in final production; the email address you provide is used to give you access when it is released.
